Refund Policy

All products are digital licenses delivered instantly to your account after payment confirmation. Once a license has been delivered (activated), it cannot be refunded.

If the activation cannot be completed for a technical reason and our support team is unable to resolve it, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

To request a refund, open a support ticket from My Account → Support Tickets with your order number.
